Christoffer Sorner

Christoffer started his career as a journalist writing for some of Sweden's largest monthly magazines like Chili (youth-oriented), Hennes (woman's magazine), and the Swedish edition of Playboy.

He is the author of eight books, most notably his 80s-style-themed detective series modelled on the action-comedy movies of the 80s.

Christoffer is the CEO and one of the co-founders of Storify Publishing Agency.

Renée Ripman

Renée has extended and substantial experience in several global industries. She has, among other things, been the assistant manager for an Italian Broadcasting team and a sales manager in Sweden, overseeing over 200 million SEK in budget responsibility.

She has written two fantasy novels, one of which was nominated for Storytel awards in 2021. Both books are available internationally.

Renée is the Head of the Agency and one of the co-founders of Storify Publishing Agency.

Denice Foletta

Denice started working as a freelance literature translator in 2019. She is now an approved translator for several major book publishers abroad.

When working with various translations, Denice believes in going the extra mile. She constantly researches wording, meanings and jargon to stay true to the original author's style.

She has written two Werewolf fiction novels. Both books are available internationally

Denice is the Head of translation and one of the co-founders of Storify Publishing Agency.

Jacqueline Ripman

Jacqueline has a business degree in marketing and sales, entrepreneurship and the tourism industry.

She works as a coordinator in the conference and events industry. Jaqueline is our administrative support and will be the one you turn to for questions, booking meetings, etc.

Jacqueline is our Coordinator and one of the co-founders of Storify Publishing.

Anna-Maria Ekblad

Anna-Maria's career has revolved around her passion for sales, service, and education.

Having worked in the travel industry for 25 years Anna-Maria is a trained educator and for over 20 of those years has been involved with coaching employees and managers in their professional roles.

Anna-Maria is the author of an anthology and charter crime mystery series starring tour guide Anna Lindblom. As a reader, you get to follow Anna across various worldwide destinations.

Her fourth book in the series will be out in June 2023.

Anna-Maria is the Head of Education and one of the founders of Storify Publishing.

Jessica Lincke

Jessica has been a leading art and literature entrepreneur and an education-oriented lecturer since 2010. In short, she has made a career out of helping and motivating people.

She is the author of two non-fiction books and several short stories and is current with the psychological thriller “The Purifying Fire” which is part one of a book series.

With Jessica's extensive knowledge of psychology, dramaturgy, and character development, her book The Purifying Fire has been, among others, compared to Kepler, Stephen King, and Minette Walters.

CN Persson

CN Persson is educated in literature, focusing on adult fantasy and popular fiction along with children's and young adult literature.

She has released four fantasy and romance books where her fantasy series ‘Maddoxx Silver’ placed second as the book series of the year 2022 in the Swedish competition Fantasykammaren. Along with this notable success her debut novel was nominated for the Storytel Awards.

Since the summer of 2022, she has worked exclusively with literature after many years in health care administration.

Jeanette Niemi

Since 2010, Jeanette has been managing Kreationslotsen, where she assists authors in developing their initial ideas into finished book manuscripts by providing access to courses and services from the Book Writing Academy.

In 2015, her first book, Your Book Idea – a step-by-step guide – finally arrived. Since then, she has published several books about writing and short story anthologies.

Jeanette’s years of experience, her schooling as a creative writing teacher, comparative literature coach and behavioural scientist with an educational focus all means that she is ready to help make the writing dream a reality for her many clients.

Carina Aynsley

Making her debut as a writer in 2012 with the travelogue/blog book ‘Ajj La Vjoo – 90 Days in Nepal’, Carina has also been published in many short story anthologies and is appointed as Norrland's Short Story Queen by Swedish authors.

Further success for Carina is participation in a storybook for children along with publishing a collection of her short stories and three novels.

Carina’s latest release is a tragicomedy, two-part romantic suspense novel, ‘Neighbours, For Better and For Worst’, and ‘Neighbours, The Hour of Revenge’.

She is currently writing part three of this series, along with several other writing projects in progress.

Angelica Jackson-Skarenstedt

Angelica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College, New York, which includes several literature courses.

Upon returning to Sweden, she continued to study with a focus on fiction writing. Alongside her studies and work, she began editing books for other aspiring writers, and in January 2022, she launched her own company Lektörshörnan.

On January 4, 2023, she made her debut as a writer with the historical relationship novel ‘The Life We Created’.

Charlotta Askaner

Charlotta Askaner is a trained teacher of modern and classical languages and has worked as a proof-reader and editor at an indie company that has published fiction, non-fiction and poetry anthologies. She is also a skilled translator and content writer.

She enjoys working on her novel project as much as helping other aspiring authors.

Charlotta is passionate about linguistics, both the content and the way of expression. Her focus is on ensuring that the author's storyline truly reflects the author’s intentions for the characters of the story to come into their own, regardless of genre and style.

Saralie Sernhede

Saralie has always had a passion for language, writing and literature, eventually leading her to translation assignments. For Saralie, receiving the trust to work creatively with and preserve different authors' unique stories by making them accessible to a larger group of readers is gratifying.

Throughout her life, Saralie has had hobbies and casual work that has involved processing different text types. In addition to her work as a translator, Saralie is a doctoral student in media and communication studies and researches social movements as alternative learning contexts.

Agnes Salomonsson Lagevald
& Katarina Häger

Agnes is a trained language consultant in Swedish, and in addition to her work, she serves as a training leader at Friskis ( a gym chain i Sweden). She has a diverse range of interests, enjoying both fast-paced sports and quiet moments with a book in hand.

Katarina holds a bachelor’s degree in media and communication Studies and has worked as a presenter for several notable media outlets, including Swedish Radio, NRJ, and TV Sälen. She also has experience as a guide in various historical environments.

Agnes and Katarina both have extensive international contacts and experience in coordinating and planning projects, making them invaluable contact persons at our partner, Novoterm Translation.

Kristina Suomela

Kristina is a writer, publisher, and manuscript editor. She is passionate about fantasy and has written and published five books.

While working for several years as an editor and proof-reader, Kristina graduated from the school for authors, Stora Romanskolan, including achieving qualification as a development editor. She has run Your Script Developer since the fall of 2022 and helps writers develop their novels and short stories.

She has lived in Switzerland since 2002 and is fluent in German and English.

Kristina is a founder and current vice chairman of Fantastikbokklubben.

Our illustrator

Cornelia Gerger

From a young age, Cornelia was passionate about art, literature, and design. An interest that later in life led her to the aesthetic business.

Cornelia masters many art forms such as acrylic, watercolour, oil paint and detailed drawings. In addition to material artistry, she works in various drawing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, and others.

Cornelia has a degree in Art and Design and studied Art History at Uppsala University.

She hopes to collaborate with authors and portray their stories in images.

Our audiobook narrators

Malin Gunnarsson

As a creative soul, I find joy in expressing myself through various art forms. Music has been my biggest passion since childhood, but my love for books grew after discovering Maria Gripe at the age of ten.

Now, writing scripts and recording audiobooks has become my second great passion. Alongside singing at events and festivals, I am honoured to use my voice to narrate other people's captivating stories.

Magnus Ottosson

Magnus has been dedicated to creative and artistic pursuits since childhood. He has been playing and writing music for many years, and as a trained sound engineer, he spends a lot of time in his own studio outside of his regular work.

Alongside his musical endeavours, Magnus is also a published author of two feel-good books. In 2023, he will be featured in a collection of short stories, and he is currently working on another novel in the series about the author and journalist Frank.

Passionate about audiobooks, Magnus plans to continue producing his own as well as narrating for other authors in the future.

Kristina Dowling

In the spring of 2022, Kristina decided to leave her day job in aircraft and pursue her passion for audiobook narration by starting her own business.

Since then, she has recorded over 30 books, spanning across various genres such as feel-good, fantasy, children's literature, horror, non-fiction, biographies, and even erotica.

Kristina is also an accomplished author, having made her debut with the young adult novel "Eira Martell - The Girl of the Dark" in October 2022.Which she also narrated herself. The book was a finalist in the prestigious Storytel Awards 2023.

Currently, Kristina is working on the sequel to the Eira Martell series while continuing to narrate audiobooks. The second book in the series is set to be released in the winter of 2023.

Thomas Irgard

Thomas has been working as a sound engineer for over 40 years, and he finds creating soundscapes for theatre productions to be the most stimulating and demanding aspect of his job.

In his own words, the ultimate compliment for a sound engineer is when the audience is unaware of the use of microphones. His love for storytelling, however, began much earlier in life.

As a child, Thomas was captivated by immersive bedtime stories and the stage production of "The Wizard of Oz" in the early 60s.

Thomas believes that reading to children is vital as it cultivates curiosity and a love of learning, as well as improves language skills. He considers language to be the key to our existence and reading to be the foundation for a fulfilling life.

Katarina Schmidt

With a degree in digital communication, specializing in social media, Katarina boasts ten years of work experience at some of the world's leading companies, including McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, and PwC.

Her extensive background means that she is no stranger to setting high standards and achieving them. Katarina has expertise in assisting companies to maximize their brand strategies on social media.

Through her Instagram account, she has aided thousands of individuals with easy-to-understand explanations of complex social media concepts and functions. Her goal is to make social media enjoyable, impactful, and sustainable.

Chanette Andersson

Chanette is humorous, loves the scent of books, and has a passion for words.

She enjoys reading and writing texts and poems.

Chanette has attended several writing courses and participated in anthologies such as Tabu, 12 parts of life, Time & death, and others.

While reading enriches her life, she is also working on three novels and dreams of getting them published on a beautiful day soon (a rainy day is okay too).

Annicka Jonsson

Annicka was literate as a 4-year-old and the following year read her very first book series, Ruth Park's books about The Muddle-headed Wombat.

The books are still on her bookshelf.

In the fall of 2019, she started her Instagram account reviewing books.

While her favourite books are detective stories, she has a strong interest in many other genres through her book blog.

Sandra Roos

Sandra is a young woman from Västerås who has a deep love for books. Through her Instagram account, she writes reviews and shares her passion for reading with others in hopes of inspiring them to start reading as well.

Her reading preferences are varied, and she enjoys a wide range of genres, including children's books, fantasy, romance, and young adult fiction.

Sandra is also a mother of two children aged 8 and 6, whom she loves to read to and share the joy of storytelling.

Elina Persson

Elina's love for books has been an enduring passion since childhood, with her favourite answer to the question "What do you like the most?" always being "Reading, of course!"

Starting with fantasy as a youngster, her love of books has since grown to encompass all genres.

As a true bookworm, Elina is always on the lookout for her next read and now shares her love of literature on social media, connecting with fellow book lovers worldwide, especially through her TikTok account.

Jessica Dahlkvist & Linda Aspenström

In 2017, two sisters with a passion for books launched a book blog, which through consistent effort, has grown into the largest book blog in Sweden, with over 12,500 Instagram followers.

Their reviews are accompanied by author interviews, and Jessica is also writing a suspense novel between reading books. Although they enjoy reading books from various genres, detective stories and feel-good novels are their favourites.

They hope to continue inspiring people to read and provide recommendations for good books.

Ina Hurtig

Ina's love for books extends to every aspect of her life. She spends her days reading, writing, and talking about books and is fortunate enough to do so both at home in her cosy reading nook and at work in the bookstore.

Her preference is for horror with supernatural elements and dark fairy tales, although she also enjoys delving into the worlds of fantasy, science-fiction, and romance from time to time.

Ina dreams of writing her own dark fairy tale one day.
